STUDENT ACTIVITIES PLAY A MAJOR ROLE IN THE EDUCATION OF THOUSANDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE EVERY YEAR. THE KANSAS STATE HIGH SCHOOL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATION AND (YOUR STATION’S CALL LETTERS) BELIEVE MIDDLE AND SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS DESERVE A CHANCE TO PARTICIPATE FREE OF DRUG AND ALCOHOL INFLUENCES.

WE’RE WORKING TO ACHIEVE THAT GOAL! WE SUPPORT PROGRAMS TO ELIMINATE DRUGS FROM MIDDLE AND SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS.SCHOOL ACTIVITIES CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

HELP CREATE THE EXCITEMENT, ATTEND THESE KSHSAA STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS. BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS WILL BE HELD ON MAY 29 & 30 AND SOCCER AND TRACK AND FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS WILL BE HELD ON MAY 30 & 31.

HOWEVER, THESE ACTIVITIES GIVE KIDS LIFE SKILLS THEY CAN’T LEARN IN A CLASSROOM. KIDS LEARN SELF DISCIPLINE, LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND TEAMWORK. THESE LESSONS CAN’T BE TAUGHT IN A TEXTBOOK AND HELPS MOLD STUDENTS INTO LEADERS OF THE FUTURE.
