The Ransom-Western Plains KAY Club began their 2011-12 year with a community service project that made life a little brighter for two elementary school students who lost their home in a fire last fall. Seven KAY board members met on August 10th to paint the boys’ new bedrooms. The next day a KAY member returned to the home to complete the project by painting the boys’ names and special designs they had chosen.
