         Topeka-Seaman High School
         3:00 p.m. – Umpires with 3 or less years of experience meet for basic instruction
         4:00 p.m. – Other umpires may attend for field work
         6:00 p.m. – TOA meeting and dinner for members or those wanting to join
         6:30 p.m. – Make-up Area Supervisor meeting

         These meetings are not for Area meeting credit, however umpires will be gathering to review rule changes and go over the
          NFHS test.  Umpires attending must have completed the test before coming to the meeting.
