September 15 - All KAY clubs will receive a large mailing from the KAY state office. Items included; RC Info, Invitation to serve as Officer Network Speaker, Area President Criteria/Nomination Form, Conference collection information, Area status, etc.

One Month before RC - Host clubs will mail an invitation to all assigned clubs. Invitation will include: Deadline to register reminders, directions to conference site, etc.
