When I am using the online entry forms, the form displays fine on my computer, but when I print, the text is garbled. |

form will show up on the screen. |

|
Q. |
With
online eligibility, when
I try to upload my .csv file, I keep getting an invalid number
of fields error. |
|
A. |
There must be exactly 17 fields. Some
of your fields may not have any data entered into them, but the blank
data still needs to be uploaded. Follow the steps below to help
correct the problem. |
|
| Step 1: |
Go into your spreadsheet, and
insert another row at the very top. Add column headers into that
row on all columns including the
ones that do not have any data entered into them. |
|
Step 2: |
Select all your entries AND the
column header row at the very top that you just created. |
|
Step 3: |
Copy the data that is selected to another
blank worksheet. Save the new worksheet as your .csv file; you may
want to give it a name different from your Excel file name. |
|
Step 4: |
Working in the .csv file (within Excel),
delete the column headings and re-save as .csv file. |
|
Step 5:
|
Click "YES" if you are asked "Do
you want to keep the workbook in this format?"
|
|
Step 6:
|
Click "OKAY" if the statement says "The
selected file does not support workbooks that contain multiple sheets."
|
|
Step 7:
|
Follow the upload instructions to upload;
leave the .csv file open in Excel when you try to upload.
|
|
Q. |
When I try to upload my
.csv file, I keep getting this error: Exception java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended Recovery Procedure Most likely you have reached this page because your session timed out. Return to the signon screen and sign back on to the system. If you think this may not be the case then you may contact KSHSAA for additional help. |
|
A. |
This error is usually caused
by having an apostrophe in a name field such as O'Brian. Be sure
to go back into your spreadsheet or database and remove all apostrophes
from any fields. |
